FlorOS runs a full-service florist on top of its own Shopify store — starting with a checkout built for flowers, then orders, design, delivery, inventory, events and team — so every detail is entered once and flows everywhere. Tap a petal to see what's inside.
All modules are customizable for your needs — your zones, your hours, your tax, your rules.
Where it started
Shopify is a great store. Its checkout was never meant for a florist. It doesn't know what a delivery date is, that the person paying isn't the person receiving, that a card message matters, or that you stop taking same-day orders at a certain hour.
FlorOS replaces that checkout with one that asks the questions a florist asks on the phone — in the right order, with your rules built in — and it lives on your own domain, inside your own theme. Shopify still prices the order and takes the payment. You just finally get orders you can fill.
Dottie's Flowers in Los Angeles runs this checkout today. Everything else in FlorOS grew out of it.
FlorOS was built inside a flower shop that has been open since 1970, to replace a patchwork of POS, checkout apps and spreadsheets with one system staff never have to leave. It is now being prepared for other independent, full-service florists on Shopify.
Shops keep their own Shopify store and their own data. FlorOS is the layer that runs the business.
